We will confirm all orders within the shortest possible time frame via email or by phone. If the item,
size or pattern is out of stock we will contact you and offer you a pattern substitution or other options according to your preference.

Payment may be done by VISA, MasterCard or C.O.D. (additional charge of $6.00).
Please note all prices and charges are in Canadian funds.

Shipping
We ship all orders via Canada Post or any other most economical way, unless you instruct us otherwise.
The charge for shipping of your order will be according to the Shipping chart and will be confirmed
via email or phone.
We also ship to the third party and include a card with your message on it.

Taxes
All orders are subject to GST.
Blanket sets and grownup line are also charged PST.

Customs and duty on all orders outside of Canada are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges
We will provide refund or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Item must be in unused, unlaundered and original condition. Shipping charges both directions are the customer's responsibility.
You may also exchange an unused item at any of our craft shows and sales (please call or email first to confirm the availability).
